Ruth possesses a wonderful voice, her songs are filled with emotion, sometimes they are passionate, sometimes melancholy, always heartfelt with depth of feeling. Do You Remember is reminiscent of Carole King, all of the songs are beautifully sung and played with lovely acoustic guitar and/or piano, 'No Tears Left To Fall' is still very moving and I think that Ruth's song 'Ave Maria' is one of her finest vocal performances, sublime! The bonus demo tracks are very intimate and I love the fact they were recorded at home, the warmth of home and Family is evident and I love 'unpolished' and unheard/alternate versions of songs, it's 5 out of 5 from me...
