The Eddie Flynn Series – From Conman to Lawyer

Steve Cavanagh's Eddie Flynn Series is a tour de force of the thriller genre. The Defence is the first full length book in the series.

As a former lawyer, Steve Cavanagh’s creation of  Eddie Flynn – former conman, now lawyer – allows his knowledge to shine through. Born, raised and living in Northern Ireland, it’s particularly impressive that this series is based in the US with its different legal system. Always fighting for the underdog, Flynn is tenacious and unstoppable as he defends his clients.

Eddie’s character develops through each book and the returning cast around him, including his daughter, are compelling. Every book is fast-paced and gripping from first page to last and full of emotion and drama.

This is a highly recommended series, especially if you love legal thrillers. It is also narrated brilliantly for audiobook by Adam Sims.
